“Whatever you do, pick another place….between the active growing mold on walls and floor from AC, or the bullet holes through the room windows, there isn’t a whole lot to try and speak to positively. The front desk was generally pleasant but still spent more time with an air pod in vs. talking to me trying to check in, then immediately check out after seeing room and hotel condition. Just don’t waste your time.”

“Stayed at many casinos over the years Simple Park grab your bags and head to the front desk or so you would think Not at the Horseshoe As I'm walking to the front desk security won't let me go to check in because I have my bags and bags,are not allowed on the casino floor even though the front desk is only about 50 yards away straight ahead and I'm tired and just want to get some rest Security tells me I have to go back find 2 black double doors take an elevator and walk around the hotel...

“Property looks like it going thru some sort of renovation, but no one was working on anything. Night staff at check in was great. Breakfast was below average, and had no plates. A waffle has real trouble being eaten in/on a 4" styro bowl. Morning front desk guy says, "we're waiting on a delivery for them". My first thought, "isn't there a store close by"??”
