La nostra casa ha una superficie di 95m2 ed Ăš situata a Primosten Burnji, a 6 km dalla costa.

L'interno Ăš composto da:
2 camere da letto - entrambe climatizzate, in una c'Ăš un letto king size e nell'altra ci sono 2 letti separati (che possono essere uniti), un sacco di spazio per i vestiti
1 bagno - lavatrice, vasca da bagno
1 soggiorno - aria condizionata, poltrona, grande divano (per 1 persona a dormire), Smart TV
1 cucina - completamente attrezzata

Grill house vicino alla piscina, tavolo da pranzo nel cortile dietro la casa e il parcheggio, tavolino e 4 sedie sulla veranda di fronte alla casa

Nessun vicino diretto, Ăš molto tranquillo quindi:
Se fantastichi di trascorrere le tue vacanze in un idilliaco villaggio nell'entroterra dalmata, circondato da ulivi e vigneti, fichi, lavanda, rosmarino e muretti a secco, sei nel posto giusto. Tutte le camere hanno la "vista verde", c'Ăš molto sole e rinfresco sulla piscina, molta ombra sotto il mandorlo, pace e tranquillitĂ  con uccelli e grilli invece di allarme al mattino ....

La zona di Primosten Ăš molto nota per i suoi vigneti piantati quasi in pietra nuda. Da quest'uva viene prodotto un famoso vino di qualitĂ  superiore "Babic". Questi vigneti hanno lo status ufficiale di monumento mondiale del lavoro umano e ne esiste una foto nella hall dell'edificio delle Nazioni Unite a New York.

Per coloro che vogliono divertirsi ma vanno a dormire un po 'prima, ci sono le serate dei pescatori per i turisti durante l'estate e sono molto popolari a Primosten. Vari cibi locali vengono grigliati ad ogni angolo e numerosi ospiti godono della genuina atmosfera dalmata con vino e canzoni.

Per coloro che non hanno bisogno di dormire molto ma di musica e intrattenimento per tutta la notte - c'Ăš il club piĂč grande della Dalmazia - l'Aurora, situata all'ingresso di Primosten. Molti famosi DJ si esibiscono qui in estate.

Per tutti coloro che amano nuotare e prendere il sole ci sono belle spiagge intorno a Primosten. La piĂč bella Ăš la spiaggia di Raduca, piĂč volte proclamata la spiaggia piĂč bella della Croazia.

Per coloro a cui piacciono i ristoranti e la gastronomia, ci sono un paio di "konoba" (come la trattoria in Italia) a Primosten Burnji (dove si trova la nostra casa) che Ăš necessario visitare e godersi il cibo locale e l'atmosfera.

We had the best time in this beautiful house. Its green garden well taken care of, and a surprise to see more plants and trees than on the foto's. We enjoyed the pool. There are no neighbours around, so there's quiet and a beautiful view on the mountains all around..... The house is clean and has everything you need. The host and owner are very friendly and helpful. We loved it!

The stay was perfect! The house and garden was so beautiful, we loved every minute of our stay. The view is great and everywhere around the house you can sit (in the shade) we also loved the big kitchen and the bbq outside near the pool. The pool is perfect and we watched the stars every night. the house is close by all beautiful beaches (by car) and a little shop and restaurant & cafe is available walking distance. We would love to go back once!

Wir waren zu zweit und das erste Mal in Kroatien. Und wir mĂŒssen sagen, dass unsere Erwartungen nicht enttĂ€uscht wurden. Im Gegenteil. Am Haus erwarteten uns Doris und drei charakterstarke Katzen - jede auf ihre Weise. (Aber alle drei waren so diszipliniert, dass sie auch bei offener TĂŒr nie das Haus betraten.) Das Haus war mit allem eingerichtet, was versprochen wurde. Und es funktionierte alles tadellos und war in sehr gutem Zustand. Wohnbereiche konnten bei Bedarf jederzeit klimatisiert werden. Auch der Internetzugang war sehr stabil und wies keinerlei SchwĂ€chen auf. Man konnte auch auf den Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus problemlos online sein. Der Pool wurde regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt und war immer sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin war die Freundlichkeit in Person. Wir hatten immer das GefĂŒhl, dass ihr unser Wohlbefinden am Herzen lag und dass wir jederzeit mit Problemen hĂ€tten zu ihr kommen können. Aber wie gesagt - es gab ja keine. Alles in allem ein wundervoller Urlaub, der nach unserem Ermessen nach einer Neuauflage geradezu schreit.

We had the pleasure to stay in the house this week in summer. It was a great experience. The house is comfortable for at least four persons, the private pool is great and in the evening it is super quiet so you just can have a good time. it is located in the mountains a bit off Primosten but by car you are in the town or at the beach in less then 10 minutes. All in all a great stay and everything you could wish for. Thank you for having us!

Am Anreisetag bekam ich eine Nachricht von der Vermittlerin, dass sie leider keine Zeit hĂ€tte vor Ort zu sein aber es wĂ€re alles offen und ich solle mich telefonisch melden sobald wir ankommen. Soweit noch alles gut. Als wir im Ort ankamen der erste Schock !! Die komplette Landschaft rundherum war von den WaldbrĂ€nden betroffen – alles niedergebrannt und der Geruch war extrem !! Kleine Abteile rauchten sogar noch nach. Weder der Vermieter noch die Vermittlerin fanden es fĂŒr nötig uns Bescheid zu geben – eine absolute Frechheit!! Als wir dann am Haus ankamen sah erstmal alles gut aus. Bis wir aus dem Auto ausgestiegen sind, ĂŒberall GrashĂŒpfer, Grillen, Spinnen und sonstige Krabbeltiere. Die Grillen sitzen in den BĂ€umen sind aber nicht zu sehen nur zu hören das war noch in Ordnung aber die GrashĂŒpfer dagegen sind ĂŒberall. Im Freien kannst du kein StĂŒck gehen ohne angesprungen zu werden. Leider ging beim anreisen mein Auto auch noch kaputt (ansonsten wĂ€ren wir sofort wieder gefahren!!) Es gibt weder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder sonstiges im Ort. Man befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf weit oben am Berg ohne alles !! Das Haus selber ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. Nach langer Diskussion wurde uns zugesagt dass drei Tage erstattet werden da wir am nĂ€chsten Tag schon wieder abgereist sind - bis heute kein Geld und auch keine RĂŒckmeldungen mehr!! Wir sind absolut enttĂ€uscht und können das Haus nur fĂŒr Naturliebhaber/Tierfreunde weiterempfehlen! Alle anderen lieber nicht!

we (family with 2 children) spent a wonderful time here. the house is fully equipped and has a beautiful garden. the highlight is the pool, in which the children had fun. very nice and uncomplicated communication with the rental (thank you, Doris!). Unreservedly recommended for anyone looking for rest and relaxation.

Das Haus ĂŒberzeugt vor Ort noch mehr. Alles besser wie beschrieben. Abgelegen, keine direkten Nachbarn. 7km zum nĂ€chsten Strand. Lediglich das GrillhĂ€uschen ist nicht gut nutzbar. Grillen auf dem Boden ist nichts fĂŒr Leute mit RĂŒckenprobleme. Aber das ist NebensĂ€chlich bei der Restaurant Vielfalt im Ort Primosten.

Trotz Corona hatten wir uns spontan entschieden, in Kroatien unseren Sommerurlaub zu verbringen. Eine kluge Entscheidung, denn dieses tolle Ferienhaus lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es ist alles genauso wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos. Modern und sehr sauber erwartete uns hier ein Ferienhaus mit tollem Pool, wie wir es uns nicht besser hĂ€tten wĂŒnschen können. Es fehlte nichts und Dank des sehr guten Kontaktes mit Doris, sie spricht hervorragend Deutsch, und dem Vermieter waren wir immer ĂŒber alles informiert. Doris war stets per Mail zu erreichen und hat sofort geantwortet. Der Pool wurde vom Vermieter regelmĂ€ĂŸig gereinigt( wovon wir nie etwas mitbekamen) und hatte hervorragende QualitĂ€t. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Sogar Netflix oder Amazon prime konnte man hier in bester QualitĂ€t empfangen. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter. Die himmlische Ruhe, die NĂ€he zu PrimoĆĄten oder auch Trogir und Split rundeten unseren Urlaub hier ab. Vielen lieben Dank an Doris und unseren Vermieter fĂŒr diese wundervollen 3 Wochen!

Wer es etwas abgelegen mag, wird begeistert sein! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, voll nett eingerichtet und die Plattensammlung der Hammer! Wir waren zu fĂŒnft (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, 2 Jugendliche) vor Ort und jeder hatte genĂŒgend Platz und Freiraum. Der Pool samt Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ist super ebenso wie der Grillplatz. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Our experience in this Draga house was excellent! It's a few minutes away from the coast but far enough to feel very peaceful. No adjacent neighbours so we felt we had the place all to ourselves. The house is perfectly equipped and stayed cool even in very hot weather. The highlight of course is the nice pool which our kids loved after a sightseeing day. The short road to Grebastica was wonderful! We visited Primosten, Sibenik, Split etc. All very nice! You can do basic shopping in the nearby shop (few mins walk) and there's a better equipped supermarket towards Primosten. The owner and Doris were both very friendly and we have no problem to recommend this house! We rarely go to same place twice but this house got us considering a revisit :)

Der Kontakt zu Doris war bereits vor der Buchung sehr nett und sie hat alle Fragen geduldig und zuvorkommend beantwortet, bei der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe mit dem Vermieter war sie auch anwesend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus, das sehr gerĂ€umig ist. der Pool ist sehr gepflegt.Wir waren bereits mehrmals in Kroatien, doch dies war mit Sicherheit einer der schönsten Urlaube bisher. Das Haus ist zwar abgelegen aber zum Supermarkt, zum Meer oder in das nĂ€chste StĂ€dtchen (Primosten) waren es nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Die nĂ€chste grĂ¶ĂŸere Stadt (Sibenik) ist auch in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Man konnte einfach am Pool entspannen und relaxen, hatte aber auch die Gelegenheit verschiedenste Dinge zu unternehmen und anzuschauen. Zu empfehlen ist die wunderschöne Altstadt von Primosten auf einer Halbinsel gelegen, die Krka WasserfĂ€lle sind auch schnell zu Erreichen und einen Ausflug wert. (letzter von 7 WasserfĂ€llen). Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und wĂŒrden das Haus wieder Buchen.

We had some difficulty finding the road up to the house in the dark, but we spotted torchlight and it was the owner guiding us in - Thanks! The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There is a fantastic collection of LP's at the house but, unfortunately, the stylus on the record player was broken. However, the owner quickly replaced it and also bought us a cable for the computer. We enjoyed the morning sun sitting on the balcony, looking out over the beautiful view and the afternoon sun by (and in) the pool. It is a lovely, beautifully clean pool.We had mixed weather with a few thunderstorms, but it did not spoil our enjoyment of the area. We visited Primosten, Trogir, Split, Sebenik and two national parks Krka and Plitvice Lakes. The little shop and cafe bar in Draga came in handy, just a two minute walk away. We also ate one evening at Baculav Dvor, which is a ten-minute walk from the house. There is a larger 'Tommy' supermarket about ten minutes drive from the house on the road to Primosten, where we found everything we needed during our stay. The owner Rossi was very helpful and friendly and the property manager Doris answered all our queries promptly. We would like to thank both of them for making our stay so enjoyable.

The house is really well equipped and was spotlessly clean. It has a shop , bar and restaurant within walking distance and the lovely seaside town of Primosten a 10 minute drive away. Primosten has lots to do and beaches to suit everyone;child friendly, sports beaches with pedalos, jet skis, diving and quiet natural beaches away from other people. Also lots of cafes,bars and restaurants. Plus a friendly atmosphere We had day trips to Split and Sibenik and took a boat out to Zlarin. The pool and quiet of the house were very welcome after days out. We took 3 young adult children and the house was a good size for us. We had a fun, relaxed holiday and would recommend the house and area as a great destination. The owners were very welcoming and helpful, even gave us some delicious home pressed olive oil. We hope to go back soon.

Enjoyed our week at the property, which was just right for the four of us. Property was clean and nicely furnished. Doris was very helpful. Property is in a small village in the mountains, so lovely views and so peaceful. Primosten and the beautiful coastline is only 10 minutes away by car with some lovely restaurants only 5 minutes away. But you do need a car if you want to go out and explore. Krka National Park is about 30 minutes away by car and is worth a visit, although very busy but we were there peak season. We all enjoyed the pool too which was regularly cleaned while we were there.

We loved our week in this house with our two teenaged daughters. The house is nicely decorated and was perfect for us. Communication with Doris was very easy and our arrival and departure was very smooth. The pool was a lovely added feature and there are pool loungers and a little barbeque area next to it. There are two seating areas outside one at the front and one at the back of the house so there is always somewhere to sit if you want either sunshine or shade. We enjoyed having our base in the peaceful hills above the coast. The views as you drive down to the coast are stunning. The hills around the house are covered with olive and fig trees and there are people at the sides of the road sometimes selling their own olive oil. We hired a car, which you definitely need here, and there are lots of little beaches and towns to visit within a short drive. The coast is very beautiful with lots of islands to see which we did by ferry from Sibernik. We also went into Krka National Park and walked around the beautiful falls and swam in the pools. My husband runs and loved running out from the house on to the many running and cycling tracks around in the hills and even the smallest villages have a great map showing the trails so you can find your way around. We really enjoyed our holiday and recommend the property.

Wie schon in der anderen Bewertung erwĂ€hnt gibt es hier viele Extras die in der Beschreibung gar nicht erwĂ€hnt wurden đŸ‘đŸŒ. Nur 3min zu Fuß gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt in den man fast alles bekommt. Es ist schön abgelegen aber trotzdem alles in der NĂ€he. Wir sind super entspannt und hoffen das es den nĂ€chsten Mietern genauso ergeht

Wir (4Leute) haben 2 Wochen in diesem Haus urlaub gemacht und es war einfach super! Die Vermieter haben uns pĂŒnktlich den SchlĂŒssel ĂŒbergeben und wir konnten uns schnell in unser neues Ferienhaus einleben :) Wir hatten viele Extras zur VerfĂŒgung die gar nicht in der Beschreibung standen, wie zb.: Wifi Internet (dass gleich aufgeladen wurde als die 5GB verbraucht waren) oder auch die Waschmaschine, die wir öfter benutzt haben. Klima funktionierte auch Top !! Salzwasserpool fĂŒr zwischendurch war natĂŒrlich auch perfekt! Zum Strand sind es ca 10min mit dem Auto, wem es nicht stört jeden Tag mit dem Auto zu fahren der sollte hier unbedingt zuschlagen ! Der nĂ€chste Supermarkt is nicht weit entfernt, sowie auch ein Club! Wir sind echt positiv ĂŒberrascht und auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus, ich war bereits das 5te mal in Kroatien, doch das war garantiert das beste mal. Vielleicht kommen wir nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder :) LG aus Wien !
