“My mom and I stayed here for two nights while we were in the area for the Brimfield Flea Market, and we had a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, and Heather is a great host. Both breakfasts were very nice. This is a great little bnb where we felt welcome and relaxed. We will definitely return the next time we go to the flea market!”

“DO NOT BOOK. Business hours listed online did not match those in person. The location is chronically understaffed — we waited hours for someone to even check the front desk. Calls to all three posted support phone numbers were unanswered. The lady who finally came tried to take pictures of our credit card instead of using the clearly functional card reader. This is the cheapest option for a reason, even then what they charge is too much for what they (don’t) provide. We had to book another hotel...

“The directions for the tv stopped short on how to use the remote once the tv was turned on, We have a different cable provider at home and the remote was different. ”

“Hotel is clean and with large rooms. Breakfast not well organized, waiting time for coffee or food. Scrumbled eggs are not real eggs (but this is common in most of Hilton hotels) but some powdered ready material that is processed in microwave oven. ”

“Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was not good. There appeared to be several individuals living on the property who were openly using drugs and loitering around common areas. This made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable during my stay. The hotel management should do a better job of maintaining a secure and welcoming environment for guests. I would not stay here again.””

Usciti al mattino al nostro rientro, era la sera del super ball, abbiamo trovato la camera non pulita e il bagno allagato. Sono scesa e la receptionist era sola e ci ha mandato un ragazzo. Bravissimo e disponibile ha compreso la nostra emergenza (rottura del rubinetto) e ci ha aiutato anche nel trasloco in un’altra camera. “Only stayed here because nothing else was available for my daughter’s graduation week. Walking into the lobby it smelled like a nursing home and cleaner products. Only 1 elevator. Check-in took too long, but checkout was fast. They charged my card temporary $100 incidental fee for each of 2 rooms which hit my credit card as a charge. 2 bus days later it hasn’t been refunded yet. Found a small bug on bed, and bigger one in tub. AC in one room did not even turn on, electric outlets on one side of...
