Our room was clean, the staff (especially Greg) was very helpful with an issue we had with the TV setup. Of several places we have stayed in Sumter in this category, this is the best one for the value we have found and we'll stay there again. ”

“I love the availability to book and the hostess’s introductory greeting upon our arrival. The room was nice and clean but there a gnat on the sheets when we flipped the sheets back to get in bed. There was mildew around the window seals and without the air the room caused nasal stuffiness from the mildew.”

“We stayed there for 5 nights and every night seemed worse. At check in the lady was bothered that my husband and I and our 8 year old son would sleep in 1 bed with my daughter in the other bed. She claimed the room was too small for us and was rude when I said my son would sleep with us. The room she gave us was terrible. The AC was broken, which was fixed a day later BUT the AC then started to leak all over the floor. We used towels to keep soaking up the leak. This was our 3rd night in....
