Readymoney Cove is a south-east facing sandy beach to the south of the harbour town of Fowey. It is sheltered by cliffs close to the mouth of the River Fowey Estuary and bounded, on one side, by the medieval town of Fowey and, on the other, by St Catherine's Castle. The beach can be covered during spring tides. Set along the Coastal path. Famous for Daphne Du Maurier and her novels . Set between the beautiful town of Fowey and the small harbour village of Polkerris. Locals are very keen to point out this is a 'Day Tower' not a lighthouse 😊

Ho soggiornato qui qualche anno fa e non ero rimasto soddisfatto. Questa volta però ho trovato l'albergo all'altezza. La posizione è ottima, direi che è orientato alle vacanze, più che a un soggiorno di lavoro. Vi era infatti una comitiva di turisti austriaci, che apparivano molto soddisfatti. Le camere sono confortevoli e ragionevolmente silenziose. La colazione è passabile e la zona ristorante ha una vista assai gradevole. L'unico neo è la strada di accesso, che è fin troppo stretta.
