“We stayed at Casa Mara for six nights with our son and daughter-in-law and two young grandchildren. Our hosts Paolo and Mara greeted us on our arrival. (Paolo met us at the train station and guided our walk to the apartment.) They could not have been more gracious as hosts. The unit is beautiful and very comfortable. “Great appartement in a charming small village (Perledo) above Varenna.Super clean, comfortable, excellent beds, the appartment looks brand new and you feel it home very quickly. The owner provides a lot of information before the arrival and was very reactive as we had a couple of questions during the stay. The only issue we had was the 4h time limit for the parking nearby which prevents you from letting the car the whole day (and parking in Varenna is very difficult during summertime)...Access...
