“The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,”

“Molto caro questo hotel che sembra super lusso ma alla fine è abbastanza vecchio. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose ma i bagni sono molto vecchi e la pulizia alle volte non è top: in 10 giorni mi sono ritrovata spesso la stanza a malapena sistemata. La vista è bellissima e la colazione molto buona anche se non super. Il servizio non è niente di che: non ci tengono ad aiutarti con le valigie o queste cose qui.. però in generale è ovviamente un ottimo hotel anche se per qualità prezzo a Jeddah ce...

“An amazing stay! The hotel is just a short walking distance to the Haram through Gate 1, making it perfect for Umrah. The beds were incredibly comfortable and provided a truly relaxing rest after long days of worship. Excellent service and a peaceful atmosphere. We will definitely return!”
