Houghton Hideaway con accesso al lago e vista

Goditi il nostro accogliente cottage con vista sul lago dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalla camera familiare. Abbiamo una cucina completamente attrezzata se si sceglie di mangiare dentro. Una griglia a gas è disponibile per l'uso. Abbiamo 2 kayak e un assortimento di salvagenti per consentirti di esplorare l'acqua - c'è un meraviglioso banco di sabbia molto vicino.
Dopo una giornata sull'acqua o sul sentiero o sul campo da golf, ritorna al cottage e goditi la buca per il fuoco.
L'accesso al lago è a 4 minuti a piedi da un fondo sabbioso, poco profondo e sabbioso, perfetto per i più piccoli!
Rilassarsi e distendersi è l'unico scopo!

Stayed for a long weekend with the whole family and dog. Cabin was well furnished, stocked with necessities, and ideal location for lake access, hiking, and close proximity to local stores. Would stay again, if back in the area.

Family visit

We had a wonderful time staying in this cottage! We were visiting our grandmother and we were looking for a quiet place near her home. This place was perfect! It is a very comfortable place in a nice neighborhood. It had all of the comforts of home and we look forward to staying here again! Its a cozy cottage with nice views of the lake!

Ice Fishing

Up for weekend of ice fishing. This house was perfect for me and would be great for a small group. Lake access is very close and easy. I had a great weekend and will stay here again!

Wonderful cabin stay!

Jeff was awesome in communicating when needed. Cabin was super clean. Comfortable and quiet. We had my 4 year old and she had a blast. So many options for beach vacation. I would definitely go back for a week anytime. Beds where comfortable also thats always a plus! Thanks for letting my family enjoy.

Family week

My husband and I came up for a few days by ourselves and then our adult kids came up for the remainder of the week. The cabin was cute in a nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided. It was in walking distance to a great spot to watch the sunset. The water is waist deep and seems to stay that way for miles. The owner was attentive and communicated well during booking and arriving.

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t accommodating to our plans. Place was very nice. WiFi excellent. Good kitchen capabilities. TV entertainment not so good and complex to navigate. Normal issues with well water use.

Houghton Lake stay

The home seemed if it had never been updated and the plugs would not stay in the receptacles. The toilet was a problem from day 1 as it wouldn't accept much toilet paper and seemed as if it was always going to over flow. Therefore it had to be flushed more than once while using not to clog it or overflow.The fire-pit had a lot to desire. Also there was wood but no kindling. During our stay we found another place that was spectacular and right next to the lake. I would never waste my time or gas to go back. Sorry Jeff.

Wonderful Getaway in Houghton Lake!

This was a beautiful cabin located on one of the prettiest streets in Houghton Lake! The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed! Jeff was a great host and had exceptional communication ensuring we had a wonderful stay! Just a very short walk down to the water where we were able to watch a gorgeous sunset. Will definitely be staying here again!! Thank you Jeff!!!
