This charming estate is situated on the hills that overlook Lake Garda, just above the spectacular town of Salò. We are located in a peaceful, silent and rural area, yet 5 mins away from towns, beaches, stores, supermarkets, wineries and much more.

Perfectly sized for 12 guests (10 adults + 2 children) as well as for fewer people, the Villa provides a peaceful living in a totally private environment. Spacious rooms, pool, modern home appliances, AC, fast-Wifi, smart working station are there for the comfort of your stay.
The property features the main Villa and the Dependence. The two units share a beautiful veranda as the main entry to the house, but each unit has its own entry door.

THE VILLA On the ground floor, there is a very big, fully equipped and renovated kitchen; a large dining room with direct access to one of the porches; a spacious living room with couches, coffee table and smart TV; an office, and a service bathroom with laundry amenities. On the upper floors, the Villa has 3 bedrooms with king-sized beds, 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Each room has its private bathroom and AC unit.

THE DEPENDANCE has 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds and independent AC units, 2 private bathrooms, a fully equipped, open kitchen and the living room with a large couch, dining table and smart TV.

THE GARDEN The two porches overlooking the garden are furnished with any comfort for dining and relaxing, including a built-in barbecue. The chlorine-free swimming pool is surrounded by a large solarium with 8 sun beds and shades, deck chairs, a bowling green. You will find a soccer field and many toys for children. There are 6 covered parkings for your vehicles. From the garden, our guests can walk directly to the olive plantation, for spectacular walks and Lake view.

We offer a mid-week cleaning service and a variety of exclusive services, such as private chef, photo shooting, massage, yoga class and much more. We are available for anything you need for an unforgettable staying.
