“I live in Luquillo and visit Old San Juan regularly. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and several of the hotels and other suite style accommodations. By a landslide Casa Lucienne wins all the awards for my husband and I!!! Don’t let the street/curb appeal fool you into thinking this is just another typical rental property. Once inside the doors, the elegance is captivating and beyond romantic. The detail put into designing n decorating the entire building still has me in awe! What an inspiring place...

“The property was very nice and accommodating. Do be aware that if you are utilizing the second bed in the loft, that you definitely need to be in good shape and not afraid of heights to climb the tall metal ladder! That was the only thing that was a little shocker! Once you’re up there, though, it’s very comfortable. And the crew and team there are very polite and accommodating, and most helpful in every way! They offer free water and there is coffee available as well.”

“I had some issues with my first room, but I was able to talk to the house keeping supervisor and she was able to accommodate us ina wonderful room so god bless her very professional and knowledgeable, but the front desk staff no hospitality training, unprofessional at one point around 8 pm i call the front desk and no one answered the phone today i tried to make a review and the young lady in the front desk don't know how to answer the phone and refuse to identify her self and kept me on...
