“Clean and cute. Perfect quiet location and price. Awesome owner in house next door. Very short easy stroll to the beach. Hassle free check in and out. Very dog friendly! The owner allowed us to adopt another puppy while we were there, putting us over the limit. They also let us use their laundry because we were staying 2 weeks 😀😀😀”

“Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed.”

“The location is awesome. It’s near what we found to be the best stretch of beach around the area. It’s located a short 10 minute drive to the city. The place was SUPER clean and well stocked with the things you’d need to spend a week or more at the beach. They have all the appliances you’d need (bring a grinder if you like to grind coffee beans). New appliances. Beds were okay. The grounds of the place were a little strange. “Great security, security guards very friendly, enclosed yard for dog, clean, great ice cold air conditioning. Showers outside to wash off. Cooked on the barbecue grill. Enjoyed watching baseball on great reception television. Privacy. Very close to town and beach. Everything was in the Casita that we needed. Very comfortable beds. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of towels. Easy to find and instructions for the house. Stayed five days. Much better than the resorts.”

“This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home!”

“The property is lovely. There were Christmas Decorations, a place for a fire pit that the owner offered to light for us. The house was clean, bottled water available, warm and cozy. It was fun to stay in an area that reflect Puerto Penasco instead of removed as in a resort setting. We felt safe (parking was great) and still a part of a community. Thanks.”

“Just a few minutes to walk to the beach! Stunning views! The upstairs toilet did not flush, the downstairs shower did not work, and the stove only had 2 working burners. Minor maintenance would make things perfect. Other than that, we had a lovely time!”
