Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
I arrived early because I was having trouble with my vehicle. They said the room wasn’t ready, but they showed me where it was in the same building as the restaurant in the swimming pool. The photographs on the website make the pool look large enough to swim and do labs, but it’s actually quite small.
So after an hour it went back to reception and the girl there said that they were going to upgrade and give me a suite at no additional charge. I said the room I had chosen was fine, but somehow she insisted. So I ended up in a very nice suite, but it was a good distance from the restaurant and the small pool. But after I checked out I realize they had overcharged me. You can pull up the menu and the menus there show prices for the food, but they don’t list prices for any of the drinks. And they were far too expensive by Colombia standards. Regardless, when I questioned them about their attempt to steal extra money, the desk clerk claimed that it was due to a, “Computer Glitch” - COMPLETE NONSENSE! They were trying to steal additional money hoping that I wouldn’t realize.
There were a few positives about the property, but all of that was overshadowed by their dishonor and attempted thievery. No one I know will ever stay there.
