We had the most amazing time here! The staff was amazing especially Linda! Sarah’s meals were PHENOMENAL! So many amenities and they have everything you could ask for - beach chairs, floats, snorkel gear. Super close to the romantic zone, which we spent the day touring.

Barbara took such good care of us. And the chef, Sarah, made terrific meals with great sauces. Casa Lido was a perfect family vacation. The house is spread out with plenty of areas to stretch out. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful home!

The house was wonderful and the staff was excellent! I would highly recommend it! We loved having a cook!!!Please be aware that the food costs seemed to be around 200 per day for 10 people and I received an email after I booked asking for 15-20% of the total booking as a tip for their employees.

Casa Lido in Puerto Vallarta was perfect for our family trip. The home sits right on Conchas Chinas with direct beach access, beautiful views in every direction, and more than enough space for our group of eight adults and two children under two. We had plenty of room to gather together and still slip away for quiet time when we wanted it.Linda was an incredible host, welcoming from the moment we arrived and quick to accommodate anything we needed. Sara’s meals were outstanding, the best we had during our entire stay, and something we looked forward to every day. Veronica and Norberto kept the house spotless throughout the trip, which made the whole experience feel even more relaxing.The beach itself is gorgeous and fully swimmable, with snorkeling, kayaks, and SUP boards ready to use. It was the ideal setup for a mix of adventure and downtime.Casa Lido gave us an unforgettable stay, and we would return in a heartbeat.

Incredible!!!

We had such an amazing time staying at Casa Lido. The staff especially was phenomenal - Linda, Omar, the chef who made the most delicious meals, and the house keepers all contributed to making this an amazing stay. The location is also unbeatable! Highly recommend staying here.

Dream Vacation

We joined three other couples for a kid-free get-away to Puerto Vallarta, and this house made for a dream vacation. From incredible food and gorgeous sunsets every night, to spacious, comfortable rooms and a private pool, this house has it all. Linda, Sara and the rest of the team are top notch and spoiled us. We loved every minute, and the house was so wonderful to come back to after a day out adventuring! We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We had a group of six. Plenty of space to spread out and gather. We really appreciated the house staff who such took great care of us. The views were amazing, and the whales put on a show every day. We have stayed in other places in the PV area but this one tops them all. Thank you, Casa Lido!

1st time in Mexico

We were a group of 13, 10 adults and 3 small children. We all agreed this was the best vacation ever! The property is gorgeous! The views and sounds of the ocean were spectacular. We saw whales every am. The staff was unbelievable and catered to our every need. The food was top notch and better than most restaurants. Book it!

Amazing location, home, and staff!

The house is beautiful with easy access to a public beach and short walk to a beach bar/restaurant. The house staff was incredible and truly made our experience so special. Linda was so helpful leading up to the trip to ensure we had everything we wanted/needed. We will definitely be back!

A dream vacation!

The perfect trip! The villa fit our family of 3 kids + 6 adults more than adequately, and the location is stunning - Close to the water, and you can even take a 15 min walk to the romantic zone via the beach. But the real standout was the service - Jovana the chef was excellent (so much great food!), and Omar and Linda are completely accommodating as hosts. This place is a true gem!

Amazing property!!

I have absolutely nothing to say negative about the house or staff. Everything was perfect! The house is huge and extremely clean and comfortable! There were 7 in our group and we had room to spread out and relax. The staff (especially Linda) are fabulous! They arranged our transportation when we needed it, they cleaned up everyday and the meals prepared for us were exceptional! I would love to go back!

Girls Trip

Myself and a group of girls when to visit for a long weekend and had the best time! Linda, chef Sara and the rest of the staff were amazing and so incredibly helpful. The food was beyond delicious (we wanted recipes for everything). The only “issue” we had was finding the exact location for the house - it was gated and had passed by it a few times not realizing (on the plus side, we felt very secure). The house was beautiful but we spent most of our time out by the pool! Again, I cannot tell you how amazing ALL of the food was!!! Would highly recommend this house and the amazing staff to anyone!

One big issue though was that we did not have internet service the entire week. This might have been a big problem had we been working. Toward the end we even ran out of fast speed cellular data. For the amount paid, good internet is a must. Otherwise the place was fantastic.

Beautiful vacation

The house and staff were great. Highly recommend to anyone amd everyone. The booking agency could have communicated better with the house of the mix up they made at booking. They double booked the original house i wanted. The new house was an upgrade but with additional but discounted cost.

Amazing Villa

Everything about Casa Lido was terrific. The property is well maintained and spacious, perfectly located outside of the “downtown core” but with easy access to it. A perfect beach is just steps from the front door (and the beginning of the perfect route to the Romantic zone). The staff is awesome - very attentive and friendly. Our group was small - only four of us using three of the five bedrooms, so it was a bit overkill for us, but we don’t regret it at all. We slept every night with our doors open to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. We had several days (in early February) watching the humpbacks right offshore from the comfort of our breakfast table. Great getaway from the winter weather back home!

GREAT Location near the Beach

Property is located in a great location, steps from the Beach. BEAUTIFUL scenery. The food was so, so good. I would definitely stay here again if we had the chance as long as all AC unites are working. We just had a problem with AC units in 2 rooms, we traveled in July, HOT and HUMID. When we booked, we made sure that the property had AC thru out. For two nights we had problems with 2 rooms so we had to share rooms with the others. The Property Manager Linda was responsive, but the problem did not get resolved until the 3rd day we were there. The property owner "gave" us 2 30-minute massages (total about 50) but we were out from 2 rooms for 2 nights. VRBO offered us a 100 key but you cannot use in most of their rentals. We have been renting from VRBO for years and needless to say, they did NOT care to try and help us. The location, the home and the staff are GREAT, I would recommend this property 100% as long as no problems arise.

Worry-free Vacation!!!

This place is amazing!!! Linda and the entire staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We always felt like we were at home. She helped coordinate our trips downtown and our transportation. She made sure that the house was stocked with everything we needed. Sara was the most incredible chef! She always asked what we wanted, and we always let her cook her favorite dishes. Each and every one of them were to die for! Especially the desert. Overall, the house was pristine, the beach access was extremely convenient, our neighbors were all very respectful, and the views were incredible! I have no complaints. I will be back to bring my family someday soon!

PVR Paradise

We had a beautiful, unforgettable family vacation at Casa Lido. The view is incredible, the house is well maintained and spacious, the beds and linens are comfortable, and the property is safe and secure. The best part of the experience was the quality and friendliness of the people who work there. Linda, Omar, Sara, Norberto, and Isabel work very hard to make your stay perfect. Linda and Omar have tons of advice and are great with communication, Sara is an amazing chef, Norberto keeps everything in working order, and Isabel makes sure everything stays clean. We were able to request meals and Sara even made us a cake for my son’s birthday! Omar got us a piñata, Norberto decorated, and Linda always made sure we had everything we needed. As a mom, it was so nice to actually be able to relax on vacation. This place is perfect for families, but also big groups of friends would love it too. It’s nice and quiet in Conchas Chinas and a 10 minute walk on the beach to the Romantic Zone. There is a taxi stop and an OXXO right by the house which was nice. The beautiful beach is steps away, the pool is large and clean, and the lounge chairs are very comfortable. It truly felt like paradise.

Perfect paradise in puerto Vallarta

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Lido. It was the perfect spot for myself, my husband & our 3 children & their significant others. The house is about a 20 minute stroll on the beach to downtown Vallarta. Taxis & Ubers are readily available too at reasonable prices. Casa Lido has great spaces in the home. There is a central living room, courtyard, barroom, dining area and outside eating space. Truth be told we only used the outside eating space, barroom for making our drinks and the pool area. The house has 5 pretty spacious bedrooms - all with their own en-suite bathroom. It is the perfect spot for families or a ladies week. The home has spectacular views of the ocean and we watched whales breaching all day long. The pool is the perfect spot to lounge around and watch the gorgeous sunsets. The pool is deep though so if you have young kids who don't swim, keep that in mind.The staff at the home are excellent. The house manager - Linda - took care of everything we needed including ordering transportation, giving info on any questions we had and shopping for all our food. Sara, the chef is there for 2 meals per day. You can ask for 3 at an additional cost but we didn't need more than 2. She prepared delicious authentic meals. Beautiful to look at & very tasty. Every meal was fantastic. She was able to cook special requests for gluten & dairy free family members as well. I highly recommend the tortilla soup! All in all, this was the perfect spot for our family. We will be back
