For reservations in Naya Homes website, this property follows the cancellation policy equivalent to: Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights..
1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Naya Homes before their arrival, and additional guests may incur additional costs or the cancelation of the reservation, without a refund, according to Naya Homes cancellation policies. Guests outside the reservation details may not be permitted according to building rules.

2. By booking with Naya Homes, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver's license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests will also complete any required admissions forms and documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information and completion of the admissions forms may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

3. All guests must honor the peace and privacy of their neighbors, refrain from participating in any unlawful activities, and adhere to the building regulations diligently. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or financial penalties, as stipulated by either the building management, the host or Naya Homes.

4. Please respect the tranquility of our community by adhering to quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

5. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Non-compliance may result in the termination of your reservation without refund or a financial penalty added to your reservation costs.

6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. If you bring a pet to a property that does not allow pets, your reservation may be immediately canceled without a refund. For units where pets are specifically allowed, an additional special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.

7. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building's common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.

8. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.

9. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.

10. Rental rates include a reasonable usage of electricity for each night of the reservation length. Excessive use of electricity may result in additional charges to guests, which will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.

Unit is located lower level, no balcony but there is a sitting area. Building is secure with key code to get in. The challenge is the digital key pad isn't bright enough of sunny PV. Can be a real challenge to see during the day. Building had about 10 units but only saw people twice the whole week we were there. Street it is located on is great with one notable caveat. Each night there is a steep hill to climb to get to unit. Was fine for us but if you have any mobility and or stamina issues this isn't for you. About 6 blocks down to the waterfront area. Key pad to the unit is bright and easy to use. Unit was clean and laid out well. Overall about 500 Sq ft. We didn't stay in unit much as we were out and about a great deal but all was good. Bed is likely what I would call a small queen ....the unit has two Air conditioners. You don't need both on most of the time as it gets too cold. We generally only put one on at night which was plenty.Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Roof top pool: Breathtaking views of ocean with BBQ on roof (barely used to new). Pool is just under waist deep and likely 12'x28' -. Clean and well kept. Sitting area is laid out for maybe 4 people at a time comfortably.....again we spent about 24 hours at pool the whole week and there was only one other couple there for maybe two hours......Property Manager Viviana was wonderful and attentive by What's App for anything we needed......
