We had AC issues half the trip, the maintenance man came in several times and it was basically like a circuit breaker issue. One night we had to sleep without AC becuase the person at the front desk claimed it was happening to everyone but in the morning when we mentioned it to the new front desk person it was clear it was only happening to us. They once again had the maintenance man come in and reboot it we asked for a new room they said it should be fine now - we went to go book an appointment (like gone less than 90 min), came back it was not fine - it was broken again. Finally they moved us to another room. Would have been nice to be compensated or discounted for the inconvenience but at least we got to move rooms to one that was a bit nicer and had a working AC.
Also it was weird one night we were in the pool and they said we had to get out because it was 10pm and it was closing but then the other main pool right by the front desk there were still a bunch of people in it and they didn't tell them that it was time to get out. This was also the person that told us that the AC issue was happening to everyone in the building.
Apart from that person the rest of the staff was great - especially the one that helped at the end get a new room. Also the breakfast buffet is so, so delicious. The yoga classes are only 100 MX and great too. We did facials and massages and they also were very nice.
Just was very disappointed with the AC issue.
