La villa è ubica nella zona di baia agumu e si trova in un condominio recintato con un custode e un cancello automatico.
La casa dotata di due comodi posti auto è recintata con muretti e siepi e rete metallica per evitare sconfinamento di animali ed un ampio giardino su tre lati. Un comodo vialetto porta all'ingresso della villa, che si articola su tre livelli per un totale di tre camere da letto un ampio salone due bagni angolo cottura e zona lavanderia.
Al sotto piano si trova la lavanderia dotata di una lavatrice classe AA+ appena acquistata, ed un comodo stenditoio un asse da stiro e ferro da stiro.
Al piano terra si trovano:
1)un ambio salone diviso in tre zone
La prima con un grande divano ad angolo una finestra sul giardino ed un ampio camino ed un condizionatore.
La seconda con un angolo cottura dotato di un piano cottura a cinque fuochi lavastoviglie lavello con due vasche scolapiatti e frigorifero diviso in due parti una frigorifero altra per surgelati, macchinetta per il caffè forno a microonde ed è attrezzata per sei persone.
La terza zona pranzo con un tavolo allungabile per sei persone ed ampia vetrata con vista sul giardino
Nella zona notte al piano terra si trovano:
-una camera con letto matrimoniale ed armadio che si affaccia sul giardino
-Altra camera con due letti singoli un armadio e con finestra sul giardino con possibilità di sostituire un letto singolo con uno matrimoniale per un totale di sette posti letto
-un bagno con vasca attrezzato
Il tutto completato da un loggiato lungo tutta la casa con un ampio tavolo per mangiare all'aperto e tre comodi sdrai, ed un giardino di oltre 400 mq.
3) al primo piano
Una ampia camera matrimoniale con pompa di calore un armadio a tre ante ed un bagno privato completata da una terrazza a livello con una vista sul mare.
La villa si trova a circa 150 my dalla spiaggia sabbiosa e ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti
È dotata di wi fi televisione con collegamento TVSAT e PlayStation
Al vostro arrivo troverete una dotazione di acqua fresca..
Nelle vicinanze si trova il circolo nautico di baia Agumu dove si possono noleggiare windsurf e barche a vela e prendere lezioni di vela.

La casa sarà disponibile dalle ore 16.00 del giorno di arrivo e dovrà essere liberata entro le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza.

Facoltativo: E' previsto un servizio settimanale, per tutta la durata del soggiorno di lenzuola un telo doccia un telo viso ed uno bidè per un costo di € 15 a persona.

Al preventivo si deve aggiungere Il costo della pulizia a fine soggiorno che ammonta a € 75 da versare contestualmente alla consegna della villa

Buona soluzione per visitare il Sud-Ovest della Sardegna

La casa con spazi generosi e accoglienti, si trova in un tranquillo quartiere residenziale a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Baia Agumu. La spiaggia non è male, ma non può competere con le altre bellissime spiaggie del tratto di costa di Chia (Porto Pino, Tuerredda, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Su Guventeddu). Il Signor Giorgio, proprietario molto premuroso e gentile, si è dimostrato sempre pronto a risolvere i piccoli inconvenienti che possono accadere durante un soggiorno. Ci ha agevolato sia per il check-in che per il check-out, cosa tutt'altro che secondaria.

Location Incantevole

A causa di un problema imprevisto l' host è stato costretto a posticipare di un giorno la data del il nostro check-in, ad ogni modo Giorgio si è dimostrato disponible e tempestivo per trovare una sistemazione alternativa, fortunatamente siamo riusciti a risolvere la questione autonomamente e quindi Giorgio ha rimediato rimborsandoci la mancata giornata e in più abbuonandoci il costo della biancheria. Il resto del soggiorno è stato perfetto, la casa corrisponde in toto alla descrizione dell' annuncio ed è completa del necessario che serve per la cucina (compresa una piccola dotazione di alimenti, l'acqua fresca nel frigo ed il caffe). Il giardino è ben curato e Giorgio ci ha messo a disposizione anche l' attrezzatura da spiaggia. Insomma complessivamente salvo l'imprevisto iniziale ci siamo trovati veramante bene, non è escluso che torneremo presto da queste parti.

un'ottima esperienza nella meravigliosa terra sarda

Il sig. Giorgio è stato molto accogliente e disponibile nei nostri riguardi . La villetta si trova in un bellissimo complesso ed è circondata da una rigogliosa vegetazione . La posizione è strategica sia per la vicinanza al mare (a pochi passi c'è una spiaggia) sia per raggiungere le spiagge più rinomate del Sud della Sardegna

Casa perfetta per le vacanze: iperaccessoriata (c’ davvero tutto!), tenuta bene, arieggiata e con un giardino stupendo. È in una zona non particolarmente bella ma all’interno di un residence molto carino e curato a pochi passi dal mare. Il proprietario è davvero stra-gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Large house by the sea

The house and plot are really large. Spacious living room with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, another bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Mosquito screens on the windows are only downstairs. You can walk to the nearby beach. If you sit on the terrace, you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is in need of renovation. The paint on the ceiling is peeling in places and the silicone joints are overdue. When the wind blows, the open fireplace emits an unpleasant odour. We have come to terms with the situation. The house is a nice starting point to the many beautiful beaches in the area. The landlord is nice and helpful. Thank you.

Urlaub

Wir waren 4 Personen und 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist sehr gut mit vielen Sachen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist toll und es gibt auch einen Grill. Es sind wenige Gehminuten zu dem nicht überfüllten sehr schönem Strand. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Pula und in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden wieder kommen.

Jolie maison et beau jardin

Nous avons passés un bon séjour dans cette jolie maison avec un beau jardin arboré.Le propriétaire est très gentil, et très accessible. Dommage qu'il y ai la climatisation que dans une seule chambre, nous aurions apprécié de le savoir. Il fesait très chaud dans les chambres au mois d août. Un petit plus serait qu il y ai une cafetière. La plage est proche mais pas super belle. Sinon proche de la maison il y a plusieurs restaurants, un supermarché... Un parc aquatique top.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und toller Terasse!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Der große Garten und die Terasse sind etwas besonderes. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich sehr schön nur in den letzten Jahren wurde nichts modernisiert oder in Stand gehalten. Lediglich die grundsätzlichen Dinge und nichts darüber hinaus. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist in Ordnung. WLAN und Fernseher liefen einwandfrei. Die Holz Möbel riechen etwas unangenehm. Der Keller ist definitiv zu feucht, hier steht aber nur die Waschmaschine, weshalb man hier nicht verweilt. Die Betten und den beiden „Kinderzimmern“ sind ca. 140cm breit. Die Warmwasserversorgung des Hauses könnte besser sein (Deutsche Ansprüche werden nicht erfüllt). Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft war ausreichend und hat Potenzial nach oben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht allerdings kein Englisch sondern nur über Handy Translater ist die Kommunikation möglich (nur Italienisch).

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Haus ist etwas außerhalb und ruhig gelegen. Zu Fuß kann man in ein paar Minuten das Meer erreichen. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir waren im Oktober 2023 für 10 Nächte in diesem schönen Haus. Das Auffinden des Hauses ging über die Funktion "Standort senden" ganz problemlos. Ebenso erfolgte die Übergabe komplikationslos. Wir durften das Haus sogar schon früher beziehen : ) Das Haus selbst ist sehr hell und gemütlich, wir drei haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das sehr gepflegte und auch sehr große Grundstück ist von Zäunen und Heckenpflanzen so eingefasst, dass wir unsere zwei Hunde dort frei laufen lassen konnten. Zum Strand, den wir im Oktober fast für uns alleine hatten, ist es tatsächlich nur ein Katzensprung. Das Meer ist so dicht, dass das Wellenrauschen auf dem Grundstück zu hören ist. Im Haus ist alles zu finden, was benötigt wird (Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sind allerdings nicht vorhanden). Die Matratzen waren gut, ebenso die Kissen und es gab auch keine Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, dass die Ferienhaussiedlung, in der sich das Haus befindet, nachts durch ein großes Tor verschlossen ist. Giorgio war ein sehr, sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns bei Fragen geholfen hat. Es war toll, dass wir am Abreisetag so lange im Haus bleiben durften, wie es für uns passte. Da die Fähre erst gegen 22.00 Uhr startete, war das sehr angenehm.Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Giorgio : )

A proximité de Nora, la cité antique, belle région naturelle avec villas, fermes, près des étangs où vivent les flamants roses. La mer est partout et des massifs fleuris. Un petit conseil, donner un nom à la maison et l'écrire sur le muret. Merci.

Nice house, but a bit disappointing

The house is large and the garden is really nice and huge, cozy and well kept. It was really nice for our dog. There's a nice barbecue grill as well. The house is a little bit dated, but this is not really a problem, except for the ceiling that seems to have water ingress and is disintegrating. There's air conditioning in the living room and in one of the 3 bedrooms. My issue was with the cleanliness. The floors were simply not clean, and this ended up contaminating the bed sheets, which were full of hairs. Giorgio was very kind and available and immediately came to change the sheets. The fridge was gross and slimy, we had to clean it up for us to feel comfortable using it. The kitchen in general felt the same. And there are tons of ants, it was a challenge to keep them away from our food. For some reason some walls were full of foot markings? Sofas and outside chairs were stained and sticky. The map location is wrong, as the house is in the Baia D'Agumu location, near Is Molas Beach Club and Circolo Velico Porto D'Agumu. It is 200m from a nice and very empty beach, but the city, any restaurants and any shops are at least 2.5km away, on a deserted area. Internet existed but was very slow and stopped working constantly. I didn't use the TV or the videogame, so I cannot comment on it. In short, the house is nice, but could use some maintenance, and the cleaning process in general could be improved.

We had some difficulties in finding the location, but the host was very helpful and in the end we arrived there safely. The garden is huge and it is close to the beach and Pula which is very lovely. the only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Ferienanlage

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem ruhigen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe klappte problemlos. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Der riesige und uneinsehbare Garten ist ein Traum. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Das einzig kleine Manko waren die schon etwas durchgelegenen Matrazen und die etwas laute Brauchwasserpumpe. Die Kommunikation mit Giorgio war auch super und er stand stets für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Disappointing given the premium price tag...

Though the garden is well kept (managed by a 3rd party) the villa was rather tired/worn given the premium price paid in high season. Communication with the owner/renter was 'ok'. Usually, a quick response although often brief. No guest information at the property. The internet connection was dreadful from day one - with the router resetting connection sometimes as much as 20-30 times an hour when in use. We reported the issue early, but engineer visits yielded no benefit. I suspect this problem (probably a line fault) has been present for a very long time and may never be fixed. Even when up, the connection speed was only around 12-14mbps, so use of multiple devices and content streaming are unlikely to function well. Given how far the villa was from restaurants and shops, the Internet was to be our main form of entertainment of an evening, but it was instead, extremely frustrating. Decor and furniture were tired, eclectic and worn throughout. Air conditioning was only present in the living room and main bedroom, meaning that the 2/3 of the sleeping accommodation was uncomfortably hot overnight. Fans were retrospectively provided by the owner, but the ad should highlight this and always make large fans available. The location shown on Vrbo is inaccurate, the property is nearly 2KM's to the West and not really walkable in warm weather to Nora or Pula. No nearby restaurants or shops. The local beach is at least 250M away (not 100M as stated) and the sea views from the upstairs bedroom are barely visible. The local beach was quite nice, but the litter present amongst bushes and overturned bins was saddening. Upon arrival even the Satellite TV and PlayStation weren't working (Satellite HDMI cable plugged in & loose connection on dish cable, and the power cable was completely disconnected from the PS3), so basic checks not made prior to new tenants arriving. No kettle, no toaster, chipped plates, poor bedding, scratched glasses, mains breaker kept tripping... I could go on, but you get the idea... Oh and if offered a cheap car rental by the owner... I would give it a miss. The car we had, a white Fiat Punto (though made available to us at the airport and picked-up on departure) had done in excess of 200K miles, had dents on most panels, had at least one damaged/borderline legal tire and the air conditioning so poor we had to drive with all the windows open. Even for the low rental price, I think I could have bought it outright.

Sehr geräumiges Haus und toller Garten

Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung, die nachts verschlossen ist. Der große Garten, der zudem fast nicht einsehbar war und die Ruhe haben unseren Urlaub insgesamt perfekt gemacht. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet, mit sämtlichen Dingen für den täglichen Bedarf. Der tolle Ausblick von der Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Start in den Tag. Auch die unmittelbare Nähe (5 Min Fußweg) zum nächsten Strand, der sehr ruhig und kaum besucht war, macht die Lage zudem besonders. Supermärkte und der Ortskern von Pula sind mit dem Auto in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zu Giorgio war außergewöhnlich freundlich und unkompliziert. Für Fragen war er jederzeit erreichbar und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte vor allem sehr flexibel. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus war wunderschön, die Einrichtung war sehr schön und vollständig ausgestattet. Zwei kleineresnfangsprobleme wurden blitzschnell von Giorgio erledigt. Giorgio war ein hervorragender und freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Sommerurlaub im Herbst

Schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz und guter Ausstattung. Schöner großer Garten mit viel Privatsphäre. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Nähe zum Sandstrand und der einfachen aber für uns sehr schönen Badebucht. Das einzig Negative ist der in der Umgebung manchmal rumliegende Müll (wie leider häufig in Italien) und eine Gruppe kleiner Hunde (ungefährlich) die gelegentliche durch anhaltendes Bellen auf sich Aufmerksam gemacht haben und nerven konnten. Alles in allem ein gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub. Kann ich weiterempfehlen.

Ferienhaus rundum sehr schön, die Information na ja

Das Objekt wird mit drei Bädern und vier Schlafzimmern in der Zusammenfassung beschrieben, im Text wird das schon richtig gestellt, sollte aber korrigiert werden. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, gut eingerichtet, die Terrassen, der Balkon und der Garten absolut top. Der Strand wird oft und auch vom Vermieter als weniger schön beschrieben, würde ich nicht so sehen. Es ist halt kein Hotelstrand der regelmäßig gereinigt wird, sind aber nur natürliche Verunreinigungen und auch nicht besonders viel. Dafür ist viel weniger los als woanders (Ja es ist kein Costa Rei Strand, aber es ist auch nicht die Costa Rei). Die Bestückung mit den Handtüchern, vor allem mit den Küchenhandtüchern ist etwas gering, die Kaffeetassen muss man sich zusammen suchen, das wars aber auch schon mit dem nicht so optimalen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Nice house but with lots of problems

We had a nice stay on Sardinia with good weather. We were the first guests this year. And sadly you could see that. When we arrived the water boilers weren’t full, started or even plugged in both bathrooms. Heating only possible with air conditioner and it was still very cold during this time of the year. The bathrooms both didn’t function very well. The hot water pressure was a disaster in the Bath below. And nearly no hot water. The bathtub faucet seems to be defect. In the Bath 1st floor we got more hot water but the Drain of the shower nearly didn’t work. All in all showering was really complicated and never fun... if you used the toilet downstairs or upstairs it was really loud. I guess during the night you would wake up everyone. the electricity system is a little bit weak too. We didn’t get informed that the dish washer and the washing Mashine won’t work at the same time. One time we also had a power failure in the area. Nothing worked but the owners weren’t really concerned and mentioned this happened from time to time. Luckily it was back on after some hours. The fridge needs a better cleaning when guests leave. There were food crumbs and butter stains in the fridge and also mold in the cooler. Now to the better parts. The house has a nice view from the top Veranda. And the Garden is also nice and private. The kitchen has enough equipment (but water heater would be nice) and for game fans there is a PS3 too with some shooter games (well more for the adults). Because we were so early during the year it was really silent and relaxing. And Pula was only a Short car drive away (sadly many restaurants often closed cause still no tourists season). All in all the house needs to get cleaned up and get some repairs to be worth the money during tourist season. Cause we were so Early we paid much less so the problems were tolerable.

Sehr schön!

Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas außerhalb von Pula, in einer nachts verschlossenen Anlage! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Die Schlüsselübergabe und insbesondere die Ankunfts- und Abfahrtszeiten wurden von den Vermietern individuell nach unseren Wünschen umgesetzt. Das ist sehr schön, gerade wenn die Fähre erst am Abend abfährt bzw. am frühen Morgen ankommt. Das gesamte Haus, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet! Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit gerne wieder mieten!
