“Overall a comfortable and clean place. Generous room size, comfy beds (twins). Digital aircond control needs some maintenance, didn't work smoothly. The doors to the toilet and shower cubicles make loud noises when left to close on their own. Breakfast has lots of variety with decent quality. Location is away from town center and tourist attractions.”

“the rooms are large with a beautiful panoramic view and a modern bathroom. you are provided with everything you need: hairdryer, bathroom set, slippers, bathrobe etc. the infinity pool is beautiful but overlooks a very "bare" area. friendly and knowledgeable staff. the breakfast is one of the best I have ever had for someone like me who travels a lot, an exceptional variety and quality. fairly central location, shame about the difficulty of crossing the motorway by foot. excellent taxi service...

La collocazione è ottimale dando la possibilità di godere di una immersione totale nell'ambiente tipico del centro storico di Malacca. La pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliore come lo era stata nelle precedenti esperienze, comunque accettabile nel contesto. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante trovandoci...

“Camera con intensa puzza di fogna, insopportabile. Le finestre affacciano su una vicina palazzina con muffa sui muri davvero sgradevole. Viene fornita solo una chiave, per cui quando esci non puoi tenere acceso il climatizzatore e quando torni la camera è un forno. Colazione scarsa in qualità.”

“During my recent four-night stay. The Wi-Fi was consistently unreliable, and despite my reports, the issue was never addressed. I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Most critically, my account was prematurely deactivated on my third night. During this time, I could not contact staff because my in-room phone was non-functional. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work.”
