“We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the duvet and pillows were comfortable. The full breakfast was great and we loved the waffles. The location is right off the I5 which is very convenient, and they're only minutes away from Carlsbad Village. You can hear the I5 when you are outside, but the room was amazingly quiet, and we didn't hear it at all. All of the staff were very friendly.”

“This hotel is way overpriced for what it offers. The room didn't even have a coffee maker or complimentary bottled water, which you would expect at this price point.
The bed squeaked and made noise every time I moved, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
To make matters worse, the room wasn't clean when I arrived. For the amount they charge, I expected much higher standards of cleanliness, comfort, and basic amenities.
I definitely would not stay here again and cannot recommend...

“The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable when we arrived. Unfortunately, our overall stay was affected by several service issues.
I requested extra towels, but they didn’t arrive until the following day. Housekeeping also never serviced our room during our stay, and some of the housekeeping staff came across as rude.
