“First night in june 19, 2 adults 2 kids, ac was not working, called front desk and maintenance came out, worked on ac till 11 pm and acatill dis not work, second day we left for a tour and they were suppose to come back and fix issue and didnt work again, 3rd day same issue ac not working, and maintenance sup admitted to having a issue with that tower, they tried to move me to a different room after our 4th night and the front desk manager Marisol would not try to compensate us another way, at...

La struttura è molto curata e pulita, dettaglio che si nota subito appena si entra. “Everything about the hotel was nice except for one inconvenience. We had a Ocean-front balcony room. The balcony had 2 Air-conditioning units inside the balcony off to one side with a partial wall to keep the heat out. Unfortunately, the Carribean sea air constantly kepy pushing the hot air right back to the balcony area where we could sit to enjoy the ocean0front balcony. Very disapointing. “Hotel ubicato nella zona Hotelera e ad un passo dala fermata dell'autobus. Struttura piccola e molto pulita. Bellissimo il giardino con la piscina e l'accesso alla spiaggia privata attrezzata. Il punto di forza è il personale, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. Non è il solito resort chiassoso, ma una struttura per chi cerca la vera tranquillità.”
