“We loved our stay! The suite was charming and comfortable for our family of 4, and the staff pleasant. We cooked/ prepped most of our own food but there were places to eat nearby. Best of all, the garden and ice cream were right downstairs. ;) ”

“Our stay at Fairholm was exceptional. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful (specifically Sam who we mostly dealt with, but anyone we interacted with). They went above and beyond to assist with any questions or needs. The grounds are beautiful, we had an apartment and it was so nice to have the option the make food and sit at one of the outdoor spaces and have dinner or breakfast. When you want to go out everything downtown/waterfront is a few minutes walk. The most ideal location....

“It’s a shame that this inn lacks investment and renovation. The owner works hard and tries her best but the establishment is in need of modernization. Musty smell from the old carpets, old bathrooms and badly locking doors. I felt that I didn’t get value for money compared to the other inns and bed & breakfasts we stayed in during our time in Nova Scotia. This was probably the most expensive but the least value.
