“Our room was in the old part of the hotel. The general hotel has a tired feeling but this portion is incredibly run down. The room was musky and dated and the carpets were stained. The staff at the hotel were friendly but that and using the hot tubs were the only redeeming part. The outdoor regular pool was run down and pealing. We came for our anniversary and spent over $300 for a room that was worse than a Motel 6. To make matters worse we were awaken at 3:30 in the morning by screaming...

“My stuff was taken from my room by the cleaning staff when I was gone for the day (they gave it back the next day), there was water dripping through the ceiling in the bathroom, the room was supposed to be a mountain view but was a view of the grimey inner courtyard and all the other rooms, there were no chairs in the room to sit on, and the pillows were the lumpiest smallest worst hotel pillows ever.”
