“Decent stay, room was a little dirty and property is showing it's age. Customer service was PERFECT. ”

“Hotel was clean and the check-in process was easy. It was a very convenient location for our trip to Sandusky. The parking lot is a little small, although there is a shared parking lot with the hotel next-door. However returning in the evening often meant that you had to walk from the opposing hotel parking lot to get into The Best Western. Other than that, it worked out perfectly.”

“The staff was great, as always. The stuff that I could bring up almost feels like nitpicking. The breakfast looked like it was just thrown together, because I’ve seen them so much better. There weren’t any towels in the pool area, even after we asked for some. None appeared until we were checking out the next day. Overall, the kids had a great time, and that’s what matters most ”
