Hotel vicino a Putnam Community Medical Center - Palatka

“We didn’t get the room that we booked. After talking to the lady at the desk about it, she told us she doesn’t even know wich room has what and that she will get back to us, she never did!!! Every time you ask her something, she didn’t know! The cleaning group you can say did clean the room but that carpet was nasty, the smell in the room was awful and lets not talk about the breakfast! It was not good at all and the coffee was awful, tasted like water. I can not recommend you staying...

“I couldn’t not give a higher compliment for the staff other than to say that they were beyond excellent. The front desk and dining area were consistently staffed with beyond excellent works on every rotation. Very helpful, very plesant. The view from our room was beautiful. Great view of St John River and a beautiful fountain to boot.”

“The staff were very nice. There was no restaurant although they did advertise one. The toilet was very wobbly. We reported it and were told they would put it on the list but they couldn't fix it now because the room would have to be closed for 5 days. The shower was VERY hard to turn on. My wife couldn't turn it on and I thought I was going to end up ripping it out of the wall. The tub stopper would not work. It stayed closed when the shower was running so the tub was filling with water when...
