“Todo muy bien ”

“Gute Unterkunft für ein langes Wochenende. Besonders gut hat uns die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung in der Küche gefallen (Kühlschrank, Backofen, Herd, Geschirr). Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor dem Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die Lage ist top für Ausflüge an den Nürburgring und in die Eifel. “We spent 1 month in 7 countries and Mosella Inn and the surrounding area was the best of all! Great food, very clean, the staff was very helpful. Of all the hotels this was the only one that did not provide soap in the bathrooms. ”

“It was ok - not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. The location was great, as far as proximity to the track and other amenities. The staff was hit or miss, some were friendly and helpful, others completely not. They have one product for washing that is a combo shampoo/body wash - again not what I would expect for a 4 star hotel.”

There was no other choise at 9pm in Bad Bertrich is almost night... Very quiet town with no other interest than the thermal baths and relex for retired people. Very nice indeed. Staff was very nice both at the restaurant and reception (Sartika), striving to welcome and please guests, which is not something you give for granted. A swimming...

“Large clean room on front with view of river. Great hot buffet breakfast included. We were able to leave our bags with the hotel after checking out until 2 PM when we boarded a ship for our bicycling tour. Family owned: everyone very nice.”

Attention il n'est pas possible de prendre l'ascenseur en soirée pour certaines chambres-se le faire préciser à la réservation ?- les chambres étant réparties et séparées par la réception fermée le soir. Très bon emplacement dans le centre de Wittlich. C'est la 2e fois que je réserve ici et je garde précieusement les coordonnées pour un éventuel prochain séjour à Wittlich ”
