“Clean room and bed was all I needed and that’s what I got!!”

“Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health. But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers. “The Staff is SUPER Friendly and have a good sense of customer service; however the facilities are terrible in terms of cleanliness. I had to kill around 20 flies inside the room. I don't recommend this place for families because it poses a health risk.”

“We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Pecos while visiting from Dallas. The room itself was fine, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. “Room was clean but thats about it. People stomping called front desk 3 times was told they have 5 heavy people above us and it would stop. Kept going all night I was begging them to get them to stop I had to be up at 4am to drive. Each time I was told they would stop they didnt stop. I woke up at 5am and hr late and was exhausted driving 9 hrs to Arizona. Not happy at all.”
