“Unusual hotel stay but overall worked out well. Staff were friendly and helpful, but they were often not at the reception desk. Didn’t need the ladies a lot but had questions several times; we called 2x & texted 1x about where to find the room safe in the room & how to get extra towels. Each time, we went to the lobby to get our answer. Fwiw, there are no safes in the rooms (“We don’t have safes because we’re not a hotel. And since no one enters your room but you, nothing will be stolen.” First,...

“Very nice downtown hotel. Had to pay $35 per night for parking. Have to purchase breakfast. Nice people. Comfortable room and bed. Still quite nice.”

“Grood spot when you stay for all the events. Parking costs 40.00 Valet only. Would stay there again. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Walkable to many restaurants.”

“The lady at the front desk was such a delight!! Parking is a pain but I was fortunate enough to snag a street spot in front of the building.”

“The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!”

“My room was clean. I loved the bathroom. The bed was so comfortable. The AC worked the whole time and never shut off, which was wonderful. The only complaint I would have are the doors to the closet which were very old and didn’t work very well. Otherwise it was a really great stay and that plush blue chair in the lobby is amazingly comfortable.”

“Hallway carpet on 16th floor was ragged and dirty. Carpet outside our room was wavy-1”to 2”waves . I tripped and fell one day. Very unsafe.”

“Un hotel bellissimo molto accogliente. Le stanze non sono enormi ma in 4 ci si sta comodi. Letti piccolini. L'air hockey fra la reception e il ristorante è stata una piacevolissima e divertentissima scoperta. Vale la pena!”
