“The bed desperately needs a new mattress. It was horribly broken down. The bathroom shower needs plumbing work as it was broken and the shower head was at waist level.
I’ve stayed here for years and Rm 136 needs a do over!”

“Staff was excellent, solved a confusing incident quickly and cleanly, with no effect to my stay. That said, I'll NEVER book through Expedia again. Yes, my error was my own fault. As a longtime user I would still appreciate a chance to explain how it happened and make a suggestion on their calendar defaults. But, there are plenty of other ways to book travel, so switching will be easy.”

“They have outdoor pool but no indoor. I didn’t like that. Other than that, Lobby, hallway, and room is clean. Full kitchen in the room was nice. I liked the fact that my room has a walk-in shower without the tub. Breakfast was fresh, and staff was helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended, great place to stay while visiting the Quail Spring area in OKC.”
