“Goodseed Suites was essentially as expected. Room was small, but its an adequate base if you’re planning on doing a lot around town and need a place to sleep.”

“It was cozy, plenty of parking, quiet, and safe with codes to get in each door. The directions are e mailed prompty 5 minutes before you can check in. The manager happened to be there when I got there and was nice. He directed me where to park and how to get in. I will stay here again.”

“Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!”

“The apartment was cozy. It was perfect for my quick weekend stay and comfortable for myself. The bed was a little rickety and made a lot of noise when rolling over. The kitchen is shared between two units and was nicely supplied with dishes. I didn’t use it for much more than to boil water for tea/coffee but could have cooked a quick meal if needed. There are several layers of locked doors so felt secure but also there are families living in neighboring units with kids playing on the street...

“The heating was hard to understand and at time it got hot in the room but it cooled down when we went to bed and we slept comfortably. The kitchen was set to very good had everything we needed the entire time we were there. Bathroom was well stocked with soap towels and toilet paper. ”

“Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

“Tutto come da aspettative tranne che per la evidente inefficienza del servizio di colazione, a mio giudizio dipendente dal numero insufficiente di personale addetto. Cibi qualitativamente buoni ma tempi di attesa molto lunghi per cibi e bevande che, spesso, vengono portati anche non aderenti a quanto ordinato. Credo basti aumentare il personale dedicato ma se non lo si fa la colazione diventa un’avventura.”
