“My stay here was not pleasant. I had reserved a double queen room which was fine. But I also reserved a king suite. I was given the keys. The first set didn’t work and neither did the second . Keep in mind we just drove over 6 hours from Wy and through a lightening storm with heavy rain.It was close to 10pm, and we all had to get up at 4:30 am for my flight back home. “I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated”

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience.”

The people above us thought it was a good idea to let their children run up and down the room and jump on the beds for an hour at 9:30 pm. There are 4 hotels on this block and this is the only property that makes you pay to park.”

“Our room was clean and wonderful on arrival, excellent amenities, breakfast, etc. The man working nights and early morning shift was amazing. Only complaint was the housekeeping staff did not “refresh our room”, even though it was requested every morning. Had to ask for fresh towels more than once. Other than that, great hotel!”

“We got in for a long day of traveling at 1am, they had a free shuttle that picked us up at the airport, the staff at the hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful! The room was chilled and very comfortable, free breakfast that was available but we missed it because we slept in :) The fitness center is great, has Eve you need to get a good workout in, including a Peloton. We would definitely stay here again!!”
