“Lovely central property on a shopping street close to the Gran Via. Even though the property was on a main street once the windows and shutters were closed there was very little noise.The public areas of the property are beautiful and the courtyard is exquisite. We would recommend this property. Clean, modern amentities and air conditioning. The bed has been changed from the photos and is a higher ottoman bed. ”

“Before arriving, Sr. Pelayo was very kind in previous instructions. The girl that gave me the keys: the most mechanical & hurried check-in of my life.The flat was clean enough… except for some few cockroaches (not many); I killed two. No usual basic amenities such as first bottle of water, some coffee & teabags, olive oil, seasoning herbs; not even a cup or glass proper for wine (in Spain?) Obviously, the cheapest toilet paper. Poor wall insulation: the week-end, next door some girls very noisy...

“The room is extremely small, and the black table where it is placed makes it very difficult to move around. There are no controls to adjust the room temperature, and the water is mostly cold with no proper balance. Overall, it was uncomfortable to stay here, and I would prefer to avoid this room.”
