“Stayed one night returning from Vail as we do two times a year and book at Aurora hotels.
Once I arrived home, I saw four charges on my credit card, two nights $112 +$50 +30.
Sent email a couple of times to Mrs. Rayes (manager) call her more than six times with no answer.
Person at front desk told me there was blood at bed sheets. I slept in one bed and my wife and kid in the other one, I don't get where blood came from.
First time I write a review like this but after a week I got tired.

“We had to catch an early flight, so we only stayed at the hotel for about 6 hours overnight, so I can't comment on the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. I think $18/ day for parking is outrageous, especially when we were only there for a few hours. Had I known about the charge before, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. ”

“I booked late in the evening because United rerouted me to Denver and stranded me there. I called the hotel to ask about a shuttle from the airport, and they told me exactly where to meet a shuttle within the next 20 minutes.
