“Room was good (bed very comfortable). Loved seeing the alligators outside! Breakfast options were good. Only complaint was that the pool was not open during our visit. ”

“The rooms are well appointed, but the vacuum cleaner must have been broken because there was always stuff on the floor of the room and the floors of the common areas. The breakfast was a highlight, particularly the cinnamon rolls.”

“Yes, everything was great but some things wasn’t clean clean. It was just like they forgot to dust and the dishes wasn’t as clean but it was a nice stay and the staff was amazing!”

“Two rooms smelled like cigarettes and garbage, there was hair on the bed, there were dead and live bugs, the chair had blood and body fluids stains, I could not stay and they refused to return my money”

“The manager on duty was extremely rude. She made me want to get a refund and go else where. She had a very nasty disposition. The staff took forever to bring blankets upstairs. I was greeted and welcomed by the lady that checked me in and she was very pleasant and helpful but the others were HORRIBLE. Will never stay there again.”

“Definitely not IHG standards. The ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor, there are no vending machines, there was a dirty rag in our shower, Shampoo instead of hand soap by the sink, and a broken tv remote. This felt like a cheap motel stay.”

“BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door.
