“ Can’t beat this hotel! Love staying here. We were greeted as loyal guests and received a hand written note and chocolates to thank us for return visits. We love the spa like pool floor. We were slightly disappointed on this visit because there were several kids screaming and splashing in the pool. It would be great to have a sign indicating that it is a quiet zone to preserve the spa-like atmosphere. ”

Even when she couldn’t accommodate us, she gave a concise, respectful and thoughtful response with an alternative solution. You can’t teach that easily so someone is doing something right here !!!
