“It was very clean, the service was very friendly, fast and easy, the location was safe, and the subway was close. I was very satisfied. In particular, I used the shuttle bus, and the drivers were friendly. I was very grateful that they operated the shuttle bus even for one guest. If I go to New York again, I will definitely stay at the Sheraton Hotel. Thank you~~~~~”

“Struttura pulita, personale disponibile, colazione buona, comodissima, vicino alla metropolitana per Manhattan raggiungibile in 2 min e a circa 10 min dalla metropolitana per l'aeroporto JFK”

“Very old, breakfast is overcrowded in a limited space, shuttle bus to train station and airport NOT reliable, they ask if you want your room to be maked up daily and if you say yes they anyway do every 3 days. Sunday morning 8.05 in the morning they drill and do maintenance despite of the day and time. Never again.”

“Hotel comodo per un transito al JFK. Dall’aeroporto al Federal Circle si va gratis con l’air train, poi lo shuttle hotel va e viene ogni 30 minuti. Pratico e veloce.”
