“Who decide to go in Hilton, think to find the best. Location good, time square have always heavy traffic but is a symbol of USA. All hotel workers were gentle. Rooms (executive), wider surface, totally empty fridge… none snack… none newspaper… none depliant of room or hotel service…. Bathroom nothing special… for 1 week we had only shampoo that was finished in 2 days.. it was never restored because none of housekeepers noted… I think that Hilton hotel could be better…”

“we are trapped in the hotel because of the blizzard. The staff are excellent, they were bending over backwards to accommodate us with2 extra days stay. We ate at both the Atrium and Nanking restaurants, both were exceptional with food and service. Rooms are always fabulous. ”
