Unfortunately on our last morning we lost power and had to ring the emergency number provided on check in. I was made feel that the issue was my fault, because I had 2 appliances (toaster & kettle) and heater on at the same time??? I was told this by emergency manager who initially arrived with no keys to meter box and who insisted it was in the bedroom, it was not! Upon checkout I informed...

Our room was neat and tidy, the bed was comfortable, there was no road noise and off-street parking was a bonus. The only downside was poor TV reception.
