“We're from QLD, Australia and stayed here for 8 nights as a family in the unit of a bedroom, a separate living room with a full kitchen and a private laundry equipped with both a washing machine and a dryer (+ iron and ironing stand). Everything is very clean and modern, with staff services being superb! The view of the Remarkables (ski field) from our living room was absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking to stay in Queenstown, 👍 👌 😀 and we'll be definitely...

“My sister and I shared Spike 1 and 2, which was perfect for being in Queenstown for 4 nights. It's a really nice unit, and it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to keep the place warm (which is not a given in NZ in July). It was close enough to downtown that we just walked there. We really loved our time there. The only downside is that the WiFi kept dropping, and there was a morning where it just wasn't working, so this might not be the best option for someone who needs a reliable...

“We had a great 3 nights in a lovely spacious room with nice decor & and outdoor area. We walked into the town (15 minutes) each morning for coffee. Our only complaint would be that servicing the room didn’t seem to include any cleaning or making of the bed, just fresh towels if requested. This was despite having a service request sign to hang on the door. It seemed strange to us & compared to other motels we've stayed at.”

“L'hotel e' bello ma decisamente lontano dalla città, 11km. Durante il soggiorno non ci sono state rimess ed le bustine di caffe' e di zucchero in camera.”

“Great place to crash while in Queestown, modern facilities and comfortable stay. It's also close to the city center, just a couple of minutes walk. The app did not work very well for the check-in for us - luckily, the girl at the reception was very nice and helped us complete the check-in.”

“Basic room with basic amenities. Pretty clean, although uncertain on how well the carpet was hoovered. Nice, comfortable bed, with good pillows and clean sheets. Shower pressure was atrocious.”

“Accogliente e grazioso hotel di design moderno e rustico (!) dotato di ogni comfort. A due passi dal centro e dalla cabinovia. Due note per EXPEDIA: 1. non offrono più afternoon tea, 2. Non dispongono più di biciclette per gli ospiti. Sito di EXPEDIA assolutamente da correggere.”
