“Fairly large room, no balcony for us, very clean and had the essentials. Had room for a bit more furniture in ours, e.g. could have had a desk or sofa. Parking is fine, just outside the property if there is space. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. ”

“Really nice property. Hard to find at night during the rain and parking was a little tight, but our room was nice and clean. Had a cool vibe as well! ”

“The place wasn’t clean at all. Couch’s and rugs needed cleaning. No dish towels, not enough toilet paper, no way to communicate to the property owners other than through Expedia, They gave.us one lousy key. If we had lost that keys it would have been days before we got back in. Soap containers in the shower were half full. Ran out of towels and at least they gave us more. Two days no gas. Gas was turned off. No hot showers. No hot anything. Owner didn’t even mention a credit or discount...

“We stayed in two different rooms as we added a night last minute. The decor was fun; the bathrooms were exquisite; the space spacious. Breakfast was delightful and tasty. Happy hour was a nice touch and allowed us to meet other guests. The front porch had the most spectacular view of the town and water and was enjoyable to hang out on.The hostesses were gracious, helped with reservations, luggage and parking the car. A delightful stay.”

“The Spire is a lovely hotel right in the middle of the action in Queenstown. Our experience here really is a story in two parts. First, though, I must say that everyone working at the Spire was incredible and accommodating. They did their best to anticipate and address all of our needs, and were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming the entire stay. Our first two nights were spent in a Spire Suite, which was an upgrade offered to use because we were concerned about the sound in the Laneway Suite...
