“We had a lovely stay at this home! It was honestly the nicest/put together home we’ve stayed at thus far. The gate in the back could be fixed as it was difficult to go in and out of, and the master bed was softer than we would’ve liked, those would be the only suggestions I would recommend changing/upgrading. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. I would stay here again :-) Thank you for having us!”

“Booked this for the weekend of my daughter's wedding at The Establishment Barn. It was 20 min away and perfect! The house is gorgeous! 15 adults slept beautifully. Hot tub was a fun outdoor spot! Huge fridge (plus one in garage) for leftover wedding food. Plenty of bathrooms! Wish we could've stayed longer!”

Of particular note: the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment; the lounge areas were very comfortable; the beds were also very comfortable; the pool was a little chilly, but in April I did not expect any different, but fantastic; and the grounds offer a lot of space. “We enjoyed the stay just some certain things we disliked. We couldn’t be loud in the day time because neighbors would complain about music being too loud. This isn’t really a place to kick back and enjoy with friends with music and hangout. The hot tub does not work same temperature as pool so false advertising. The barbecue pit works but we had to buy our own propane tank in order to use the grill.”

“Our only complaint (besides driving through Dallas lol) was the dock is small ,uncovered and needs work but we were still able to catch some nice catfish from there and from the shore. The house is nice and comfortable with two decks and plenty of windows.”
