“Room was very clean and updated. All staff members were kind, helpful and friendly”

“My family and I stayed from June 10th through June 14th. Unfortunately, the bathroom appeared to be in need of remodeling, and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. In addition, the carpet had a noticeable mildew odor, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“The front desk service was great, the rooms are clean, and the family enjoyed the breakfast. The area feels safe and is a great place to walk the dog. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and body wash needed refilled, room was for 4-6 people but their were only 3 sets of towels The TV in the sitting wasn't connecting to DirecTV for our kids. There were no disposable cups for the coffee pot, though there were lids.there was decaf coffee pods but not regular coffee. I did colorful...

“Before getting in the shower, let it run on high. Let the room steam up check for drippings had a couple of yellow stains dripping from the ceiling. other than that, it was very peaceful very useful and ⚙️ off the interstate”

“Our stay was wonderful - the staff were efficient and friendly. The bed was comfortable and they had plenty of staff to help with refilling the breakfast items. This hotel is close to the interstate so it was perfect for our one night stay. This is a small issue - but they could work on making it easier for the trash bins to open - many of us struggled to open the small awkward door and it made it difficult to properly dispose of the trash. Overall- I would agree with the other reviews -...

“The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled.”

“First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. I most definitely will NOT return to this particular hotel. I wanted to try a different hotel in the area on...

“Staff was extremely nice and professional; however, our room was not great! The beds were very comfortable; there was no shower curtain, there were no hand towels, only two bath towels and one washcloth. The biggest issue was that one light switch controlled everything except the refrigerator and microwave. We had to sleep with the lights on, because when you turned it off, it also turned off the TV and all of the outlets. In other words, we could not charge any phones.”
