Hotel vicino a Wilderness Park & Bamboo Forest - Prattville

“The room was clean. Desk attendant was wonderful. The breakfast was lacking. It was out of waffle batter (only 5 people in the dining room the entire time we were there), out of syrup, a machine wasn't working, the orange juice was so watered down with water that it barely tasted like orange at all. One of the patrons had to go out and find the attendant twice to get the batter & syrup filled.”

“Our stay was wonderful - the staff were efficient and friendly. The bed was comfortable and they had plenty of staff to help with refilling the breakfast items. This hotel is close to the interstate so it was perfect for our one night stay. This is a small issue - but they could work on making it easier for the trash bins to open - many of us struggled to open the small awkward door and it made it difficult to properly dispose of the trash. “First, I called for an early check-in before arriving,no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the hotel there was only one person at the front counter and he was on the phone, didn't even acknowledge me with a simple one moment or anything. I politely sat down and waited for him to finish his call. I was allowed to go-ahead an check-in. My room was subpar ( double beds) in every way. “Staff was extremely nice and professional; however, our room was not great! The beds were very comfortable; there was no shower curtain, there were no hand towels, only two bath towels and one washcloth. The biggest issue was that one light switch controlled everything except the refrigerator and microwave. We had to sleep with the lights on, because when you turned it off, it also turned off the TV and all of the outlets. In other words, we could not charge any phones.”

“I have stayed here several times for a work trip. Hotel always nice and clean, and the staff gives excellent customer service. It's always a pleasure staying here.”

“Before getting in the shower, let it run on high. Let the room steam up check for drippings had a couple of yellow stains dripping from the ceiling. other than that, it was very peaceful very useful and ⚙️ off the interstate”
