Hotel vicino a Raccoon Mountain Caverns - Chattanooga

“Was a fine stop for quick overnight Usually but a days inn family but it was clean and the mountains were pretty ”

“Room was clean enough, there was a little mold in the shower and the conditioner bottle was empty. The indoor pool was out of order and the waffle machines weren't working at breakfast. The beds felt like they were made of cardboard but the pillows were nice. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Lots of highway noise so if that bothers you bring earplugs. We were on the top floor so I'm sure that made it worse but it was constant all night long.”

“Clean room, however thin walls. Staff pleasant, front desk helped with any needs. Hot breakfast. Pool was enjoyable. ”

“The hotel was in terrible shape. The door to our room was all knicked up and dirty. No handle on closet door. Tips on couch and stains on couch pillow. I would not stay there again. ”

“The carpets were filthy. They needed to be shampooed and that’s the same way. It’s almost all super eights. I’ve been in the staff was very friendly and it was quiet.”

“Breakfast was cold and tasted awful. Several Maintenance issues and there was substantial MOLD in the bathroom Only positive was the staff”

“If you are planning to spend your night sleeping - this is NOT the place to stay in. The windows and the entry doors face the street and the parking. It is so noisy, you can hear literally everything - not just cars and voices, but foot steps of guests walking by your window. I spent the night sleepless, had to power through the day and in the end I am just grateful for not falling asleep at the steering wheel on my way back home. Additionally, the shower is quite tricky to figure out....

“The breakfast is just your typical junk food breakfast. There is free parking, which was a huge perk in Chattanooga. The room was as clean as you could expect and very comfortable.”

“This is a cute place. It is close to the highway so yes your going to hear traffic but of a night it is for the most part peaceful. Super close to Lookout mountains amenities. Also go into town lookout valley the pizza place and mexican place is amazing. It was super clean and I love the air b&b vibe! ”

“The secondary latch on the door was broken off; smoke detector gone; the knob on the sink came off in our hand; electrical wall plate dangling off wall; paint peeling on wall; Peephole broken. Phone did not work properly. I had to ask the nice lady at the reception window for clean pillowcases to go over the stained ones on the bed. There do not appear to be any "suites" here. It's just another rundown Motel 6. Would NEVER recommend this place! Awful!!!!!!”

“This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. We stay here every year to at Christmas time to see the lights at Rock City. The breakfast is always good and so are the afternoon snacks. ”
