“Rooms are clean, people sre nice but the hotels in disarray. Ac is missing the fsce and buttons, tvs sitting on the desk because it cant be mounted on the wall for some reason and its outdated. Floors look like they need s major overhaul, list goes on. For the price its decent but they could do so mych more with this place”

“New property. Clean, modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but we were only staying one night. It was quiet. We saw several deer in the adjacent field when we woke up! Breakfast was standard. I prefer more fresh fruit options. Overall a good stay.”

“A clean and safe place to stay in Des Moines, especially by the airport. They also offer a park and stay deal, for those who need to fly out but leave their car somewhere. The staff were extremely kind, but we didn't have a pleasant experience with the lady running the breakfast in the morning. She could have been tired, but was short with us trying to make a waffle. The rooms are outdated, but in good condition for the most part. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area, which was also...

“I never leave reviews, but really didn’t enjoy this stay, unfortunately. Didn’t say anywhere we were getting one of the few rooms that was right up AGAINST the indoor pool. The pool opened at 7am and closed at 11pm so it was incredibly loud, smelled very much like chlorine, and we couldn’t keep the window shade up since everyone at the pool could see into our room. Room and bathroom were fine, but expected a little more for a Hilton and for the cost, particularly for the location. ”

“Air conditioner wasn't working so the room was warm. When we called the front desk we were told to open the window and call back in the morning. Needless to say it was not a comfortable nights sleep. The beds leave a lot to be desired.”
