Hotel vicino a Valley Junction - Des Moines

“Checked in after a long time of driving, my bed didn’t even have a blanket on it and it had a dirty sheet. The pillowcases were clearly reused. I asked the front desk to get this rectified and she wasn’t sympathetic at all. Just OK we’ll get it fixed when we get it fixed and I was like well. I need a blanket on my bed. So eventually housekeeping came and I want to have a shower and the showerhead didn’t work plus there was no plug for the tub apparently since I booked through Expedia, it’s a...

“The Holiday Inn served breakfast and had a small pool. The rooms were okay. The heating and cooling was not working. You couldn’t get even a fan setting to work. Temperature in the room made it difficult to sleep.”

“The upgraded room was appreciated when the room i reserved online wasn't available. The only draw back was ypu could hear all the people in the hallway. The children running down the halls. People trying to look in the peep hole. So, to keep this from happening, I put a piece on TP rolled up and put inside. The blackout curtains only keep some light out but does not make the room Dark. I enjoyed having a stove, full sized frig, microwave and sink in the kitchen.”
