Well maintained and facilities are first class. Room servicing staff in particular Santhosh was very kind and helpful. He also offered to take photographs of us on the property. Restaurant breakfast was exceptional. Service was anticipatory and delivered well. Food delicious and great variety. ”

“I stay for 6 nights at Shangri-lain Bangalore. very nice hotel, clean, rooms are very nice, big and with a very good smell. I've tried two of the 4 restaurants and the quality of food is good. One thing I didn't like, that at the buffet restaurant, if you do not ask for a bottle water they bring you a glass of water...and in India this is not a good choice.”

“I stayed here for one week in December, through Christmas. The room was simple but had everything I needed. Same for the bathroom. I would say it was very good value. I didn't expect it to be a luxury hotel. It held up to my needs. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Not everyone spoke English, but it’s ok. There was always someone around that did. I did not use the restaurant. Mostly because I was busy exploring the city.”

Silenziosa, con un wifi stupendo e multidevice, pulita e comoda. Quasi meglio che a casa!”
