“This is a great spot on Flagler Avenue for an overnight stay! Easy onsite parking! The manager was very courteous, helpful, with lots of hospitality thrown in! Our room was small yet clean! We enjoyed our breakfast & the company of the other guests! Great walking street with lots of restaurants, shops, & vibes! Saturday night can be a bit loud on the Avenue since there are several lil bars around with music! However, it didn’t interrupt or affect our sleep. We’d stay again for an over nighter!...

“Room was clean and nicely decorated. Parking was easy and plentiful. Didn't hear any noise from other people. Place is right on the beach and within walking distance of Flagler Avenue. Dominick at the front desk was very helpful. Will definitely come back next year.”

“We ended up staying here last minute after canceling our original reservation, and we’re glad we did. It’s a small, quaint hotel that was clean, quiet, and had plenty of parking. The pool area was a highlight—lots of chairs and umbrellas, and the pool stayed wonderfully warm all day. The only downsides were that the A/C in our room could have been much colder, and the hotel should do a better job preventing people who park for beach access from using the pool. “Struttura indubbiamente da ristrutturare completamente. Mobili antiquati, aria condizionata rumorosa, finestre che non si chiudono e cigolano, moquette umida e con un cattivo odore, bagno da rifare. I servizi sono buoni, hanno the e caffè nella Holl. La piscina e la jacuzzi calda sono carine proprio sul mare, e devo dire che anche il manager é molto disponibile. ”

“This is a family-run hotel motel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the property was pretty cluttered ,even though it was under remodeling, but I could see that it's been that way for quite a while. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and fresh linens. Bathroom was clean but dated.”

“I would rate the room 3 out of 5 stars. While the issues were relatively minor, there were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns. I noticed mild mold in the bathtub and around the sink, the bed comforters had visible tears, and the bathroom exhaust vent was broken. We also experienced a drainage issue, but I appreciate that maintenance responded promptly and resolved it during our stay. The staff was great and the breakdown was ok.”
