“Elevators were down and they were preparing for renovations but still enjoyed our stay. Friendly bar tender. 2 complimentary drinks at bar. Close to Universal and a couple blocks from Ralph’s Grocery store.”

“Buona posizione. Colazione nella hall, da rivedere.”

“The room was very clean and d the was surprisingly very comfortable. What i didn't like is you had to walk across the street to their other property to get ice. The front desk area the scent was so strong I couldn't stand be in there really could tone down. The shuttle was as convenient to use as last year chose to use Lyft ride to make sure we could make tour times.”

“Fantastic place, room very big. Free parking Shuttle for universal studios include”

“Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!”

“The hotel that feels like home and allows you to do things that you would do at home. Not a typical place at all. Fantastic location and really cool staff. Always a pleasure to stay there”
