Case in affitto a Raeford

“Clean and cozy! Beat our expectations and then some. 2 mini splits so temperature control can be adjusted in the bedroom and in the living room (we liked that). Felt like home and the area and property are beautiful! Host was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a wonderful experience 👍 Thank you!”

“Quaint little older home. Very clean, well stocked with linens, coffee, shampoo, body wash, etc. Extremely convenient to downtown Southern Pines. Ample parking for two cars. Had concerns over electrical outlets. The outlets in the kitchen and smaller bedroom sparked everytime something was plugged into them. The house was built in the 1940's, so understandably there was a noticeable smell (musty). Kitchen had been renovated, but it was obvious some things went lacking (ceiling was painted in...

“It was a comfortable stay for 2 people. It is super quiet! Only issue is the parking. Only one spot for 2 units. One night we had to park on the street and walk in the dark to get to the back of the house (lights were on the steps) other than the parking (I use a cane) it was a nice retreat instead of the bustle of a hotel.”

“When arriving at cozy cottage, the checking in information was very helpful, and easy for managing the code to unlock the front door. Thank you for providing us a place a quiet solace, during this time. We will be recommending “Cozy Cottage” to our family and friends who consider their pets a part of...

“The host was very gracious and patient with me. I would love to be their guest again! ”

“Beautiful neighborhood- a true taste of living amongst the southern pines in the Sandhills. Roomy home and convenient to so many things to see and do!”

“Great location, clean house”

“Everything was great and met my expectations. I particularly liked that there wasn't a long list of clean up check out duties for once!”

“Very cute house and neighborhoodOwner was quick to respond and strong when addressing a small issue, clearly caring about the guests and how that small interaction has greater and cumulative impact on the community through the hospitality business and interactions with people, which is very appreciated. Very pleasant. Thank you.”
