Thank you for your fantastic review of your stay with us. The resort is located on top of a hill, so our views are pretty amazing and very relaxing looking out over the ocean and surrounding national park.

Thank you Susan for your review of your stay with us. The kettle had previously blown up in your apartment so it was a temporary replacement until the new one arrives. We haven't had any problems with the kettle not being able to be plugged into the kitchen power points, and we were not told that it was unsuitable for you, so we were not able to fix the problem during the rest of your stay. You booked a 1 bedroom King apartment which is nice and comfortable and so spacious with a fabulous view.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is unfortunate that you will choose to stay somewhere else next time, but given the fact that you booked a one bedroom apartment for two people and did not disclose that you had a third person staying (your daughter), you also caused accidental damage in the bathroom which we did not ask you to pay for and then an additional hole in the wall was found which was not there prior to your arrival as the apartment was checked by our housekeeper and manager prior to your arrival, it may be a good choice. Thankyou for your feedback Anonymous. We are at the highest point in Rainbow Beach and 800m from the shops. We find most guests spend more time on their balcony or in the pool looking at the views than going to the shops.

Thank you for feedback. We are very sorry you weren’t satisfied with the service you received. Reception closes at 5pm and this is clearly stated on 3rd party booking sites which you used and ordinarily our phone would have alerted the onsite manger but due to power failures causing disruption to our systems this did not occur. This same issue affected our water pressure pumps which we have had seperate technicians trying to resolve. Unfortunately we live in a world controlled by computers ad occasionally the system fails and you encountered such a time and we are truly sorry.

We are sorry we didn't meet your expectations and would welcome more detail on your experience so that we can make improvements.

We will try and resolve this for your next visit :) Our penthouses are the highest available accommodation in Rainbow Beach so yes the views are pretty special and yes even the pool has a view from the wet edge to Fraser Island and beyond.
