“Trovo ridicolo che uno debba chiedere di rifare la camera. Se poi alla reception nn ti informano di questo nessuno ti rifà la camera. Nn all’altezza di un Hilton ”
“I booked two rooms for a family trip, and they accommodated my requests in advance. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and quiet, making my stay comfortable and very satisfying.”
“Our stay was overall good. The hotel was purchased by Holiday Inn but we were not informed of the change so it was a little confusing. It must have been a recent move since the hotel seems to be under some renovations. Regardless, the stay was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The area was safe and convenient for our stay. With some upgrades, the hotel would receive an additional star. ”
